ES Steel Solutions has recently joined the Swimming With The Big Fish (SWTBF) matchmaker service for the Programme and Project Partners (PPP) framework at the Sellafield Nuclear site in Cumbria.

SWTBF is delivered by Solomons Europe who are a dedicated team of quantity surveyors, procurement and commercial professionals, supporting major power, infrastructure, engineering and utilities projects and frameworks on behalf of clients and contractors across the Northern Powerhouse.

The new matchmaking service has been created to help PPP achieve its five critical success factors, which clearly outline their expectation that the framework not only delivers project outcomes but also long-term and meaningful social impact for West Cumbria.

Commenting on joining the framework, Jonathan Law, MD of ES Steel Solutions said “Now is a great time to be becoming a member of SWTBF and were delighted to be awarded a Silver grading, as ES Steel Solutions are already working on site currently, and we’re committed to supporting the socioeconomic landscape in the region. We’re also actively looking at further investment in the region, which will support local employment and the area’s workforce, as well as supporting the local long-term social impact in West Cumbria.
